Kettlebell Workout-Rock-star conditioning! 45-minute heart-pumping circuit-fusion of kettlebells/bodyweight drills. Vaporize excess fat,disintegrate calories, enhance flexibility, and increase strength. Mandatory prerequisite: Kettlebell Basics

Kettlebell Basics-60 minute Kettlebell introduction and technique instruction. Ages 15 and older and all fitness levels encouraged to attend. Enlist to be a better man or lady. Absorb 8 fundamental kettlebell drills. Gateway to ALL Kettlebell classes. Wear workout apparel and bring water.   Drop ins are welcome if they have completed Kettlebell Basics or similar kettlebell skill training.
